Terms of Service
1. Who we are
FishToken (fishtoken.ai and www.getfishtoken.com, the “platform”) is operated by 山新通达商贸(北京)有限公司 (a company registered in Beijing, China). You can contact us at support@fishtoken.ai.
By registering for or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. The service
The platform provides technical services for accessing AI APIs through multiple channels, usage-based billing and resource scheduling. You add balance to your account and are charged for the calls you actually make. Suppliers approved by the platform can connect API credentials they lawfully hold, which are then scheduled to serve calls, and receive settlement on the platform under its rules.
3. Upstream model services
The models available on the platform are provided by upstream model services. The platform does not guarantee that any upstream model service will stay available, and is not liable for interruptions caused by upstream accounts or keys being restricted, suspended or changed. Where such an interruption causes a loss, the platform will handle it within a reasonable scope under its published rules, for example by extending service, switching to another channel, or handling the unused balance.
4. How your requests are processed
To answer your request, the platform forwards it to the upstream model service that serves the model you chose. Upstream services and the platform's own servers may be located outside your country, including in mainland China and Hong Kong, so your requests may be transferred and processed across borders. By using the platform, you agree to this transfer. The platform records call metadata for billing and logs; it does not store the content of your requests. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts and security
Keep your login credentials and API keys safe. You are responsible for losses caused by your own disclosure of credentials, the loss of your device, or your authorising someone else to use your account.
You may not use the platform for anything illegal, anything that infringes the rights of others, or anything that breaks the terms of the upstream model services. The content rules form part of these terms.
6. Top-ups and balance
- You can top up using the payment methods shown on the top-up page. After placing an order, pay the exact amount shown. If the page asks for a transfer note, enter only the payment key generated by the system (not the order number or anything else), so the payment can be matched.
- Balances and prices are shown in platform credits, displayed with a “$” sign. Credits are not US dollars. The number of credits a payment adds is shown on the top-up page at the time of payment.
- Some payments are confirmed manually, so crediting may be delayed. Keep your proof of payment. Unpaid orders expire automatically or can be cancelled, and only one unpaid order is allowed at a time.
- You can also add balance with a redemption code.
- Your balance does not expire and can be used on the platform.
7. Refunds
- Unless required by law or agreed by the platform in writing, top-ups that have been confirmed and credited are, in principle, not refundable. The balance remains available for use on the platform.
- If a major platform failure makes the service completely unusable and both sides agree, the unused balance may be handled as a refund.
- For losses caused by the user (for example a wrong amount or transfer note, a duplicate payment, or an upstream ban), the platform will help investigate but does not guarantee a refund.
8. Prohibited payment activity
You may not use top-ups for money laundering, fraud, credit card cash-out or any other illegal activity. If such activity is found, the platform may freeze the account and cooperate with investigations.
9. Suppliers
Suppliers must have the lawful right to use the credentials they submit, and may not submit stolen credentials, credentials rented in breach of their terms, or credentials of unknown origin. Suppliers are responsible for upstream penalties, civil disputes or platform losses caused by problems with the source of their credentials.
Supplier earnings are first credited to the on-platform balance. Withdrawals must be requested separately and are paid out manually after review; the platform may set a minimum withdrawal amount, fees and payout times. While a withdrawal request is pending, the amount is frozen; it is returned to the balance if the request is rejected or cancelled. The platform may reject withdrawal requests from abnormal sources or that appear to break the rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses or loss of expected benefits. Where the service is interrupted by force majeure, network failures, upstream changes or similar causes, the platform will try to restore service but does not accept liability for compensation.
11. Changes to these terms
The platform may update these terms and will publish the updated version on the website. If you continue to use the platform after an update, you accept the updated terms.
