FishToken takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information FishToken collects in connection with the service, and how it is used and stored.

1. Who is responsible

FishToken is operated by 山新通达商贸(北京)有限公司 (a company registered in Beijing, China). Contact: support@fishtoken.ai.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, username or nickname, password hash, and referral relationships.
Transaction information: top-up orders, payment note keys, and records of credits added and spent.
Usage information: API call logs, model, token usage and error codes, used for billing and risk control.
Device and session information: login session identifiers, approximate time and IP address, used for security and risk control.
Supplier credentials: API credentials submitted by suppliers, stored encrypted or under access control and used only for scheduling and automated checks.

3. The content of your requests

FishToken records call metadata (such as the model, token counts and time) for billing and logs. The content of your requests, such as your messages and prompts, is not stored by the platform.

To answer a request, FishToken forwards it to the upstream model service that serves the model you chose. That service receives and processes the request content under its own terms and policies.

4. Cross-border processing

The platform's servers and the upstream model services may be located outside your country, including in mainland China and Hong Kong. Your information and requests may therefore be transferred and processed across borders. By using the service, you agree to this transfer.

5. How we use information

To provide the service, bill and settle accounts, manage security and risk, handle support requests, improve the product, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with your consent;
with service providers needed to run the service, such as payment and email providers, and with upstream model services to process your requests;
when required by law or by a competent authority;
to protect significant legitimate rights and interests of the platform and its users.

7. Storage and security

Information is stored in the server environments needed to provide the service. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no system on the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service. Records related to payments and audits may be kept for the period required by law.

9. Your rights

You can view and correct your account information, and you can ask to close your account once any open transactions are settled. To make a request, email support@fishtoken.ai from your registered email address.

10. This website

www.getfishtoken.com is an information site and does not require an account. It uses the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads: when you open a page or click through to sign up, your browser sends Meta and TikTok technical information such as the page address, your IP address and browser details, and they may set cookies. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy, and TikTok under its privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or limit ad tracking in your Meta and TikTok ad preferences. The main platform at fishtoken.ai uses session identifiers to keep you signed in.

We may update this policy and will publish the updated version on the website.
